Take a Closer Look
How long has it been since you have actually stopped to sit with a piece of art for an extended period of time? I certainly have contemplated my share of art. I have been fortunate enough to learn historical and technical facts about various pieces. But I haven’t sought out “new favorites” in quite some time. So….I had to dive right in to see what speaks to me on a personal level.
I tried to mix it up a bit. I chose to focus on a modern icon , an outsider, and an emergent, working artist.
